Install Zarchiver from Play Store
Install the Apk File given on this blog [Do not do this step if you have original gta sa of 2 gb]
Then Extract The Cleo File Given Below using ZArchiver
And then Copy all the files and paste it to Android>Data>com.rockstargames.gtasa
Do not Delete the files folder in Android>Data>com.rockstargames.gtasa
